All I can say is we had a great time and this was a great place to stay. The instructions were spot on and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. All in all a great trip and Todd was very proactive with all the instructions that we needed during our trip.

We had an absolutely amazing 5-star stay at the Grand Oasis in Lake Havasu City! The home was perfect for our entire family - ranging from our 2yo all the way up to our 18yo and truly had something for everyone. We spent so much time enjoying the pool, barbecuing, playing cards on the patio, and relaxing. It was such an unforgettable experience. The home was clean, spacious, and so thoughtfully set up for a comfortable and fun stay. The entire house, especially the kitchen, had every single thing you could ever need. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us - it made our spring break trip incredibly special. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Highly recommend this place. Very responsive to our needs and questions. It was in a nice neighborhood and felt safe. Home is large and nicely set up. The kitchen is well equipped, has everything you should need (if you can find it....there are soo many cabinets and drawers) just joking, the drawers and cabinets were all labeled clearly. Beds are comfortable and pillows are great. One thing we appreciated was the many hooks in the bathrooms and closets. There were plenty of towels and also pool towels. Pool was great and so was the spa.. The back yard has lots of areas to play games, hang out, grill, and eat. We only left the property once to visit London Bridge. We were perfectly happy hanging out in the pool. We would definitely rent this property again.

Todd's home was perfect for our family's visit to Lake Havasu. We had 5 adults and one baby. The home had both a high chair and pack and play for our baby's comfort. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The outdoor area was fabulous! Also, Todd responded quickly to any questions that we had. We highly recommend staying at Todd's home.

This is the second time we have stayed at Todd’s home. We have loved it. We spend all our time swimming(heated pool) and in the hot tub. It is a beautiful home and we will be back.

One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Havasu over the last 15 years. I can honestly say we’ve stayed in almost 20 houses now. And this is the FIRST house with a barbecue that didn’t catch on fire from lack of cleaning. Only issue was the garbage disposal broke on us but Todd had it back up and running in about 30 minutes. Then replaced it the next day while we were gone. Quick communication and service. The sauna and hot tub were great for our athletes. The golfer in our group enjoyed the putting green and being so close to the golf course to get a game in before the busy part of our week. Everybody slept well, the beds are all medium firmness with a couple firm ones. We typically don’t sleep well in Havasu airbnbs as the beds are generally too soft, so that was really nice. The kitchen had anything and everything you could imagine, even a waffle maker and a blender. Overall extremely happy with our stay. Thank you Todd!!
